Bluebird Support Services is a Disability Support Provider offering quality, personalised care plans designed around an individual’s needs and goals. We have a team of passionate professionals whose aim is to provide the best possible support for all our participants.
We have experience in supporting individuals and families with physical disabilities, mental health and special educational needs. Our support workers have proven industry experience and are carefully selected to make a positive impact and help participants achieve their goals.
We believe each and every person has the potential to bring something unique and special to the world and want to help individuals to develop their potential by believing in them and empowering independence over the choices and direction of their life.
